Maya Moon + Boochcraft Launch New "Liquid Art Lab" Tasting Room
San Diego's first cacao cafe, Maya Moon Collective, is now home to the newest Boochcraft tasting room aka Liquid Art Lab. Sample new fruit-forward hard kombucha flavors together with Maya Moon's delectable cacao desserts!

Maya Moon Collective, San Diego's first cacao cafe, is now home to the newest Boochcraft tasting room. Customers will be able to sample and test the local hard kombucha brand's newest flavors in development - the Liquid Art Lab - before they get canned and distributed.
“I'm thrilled about it,” says Kathryn Rogers, Maya Moon Collective founder and owner. “The new taproom will be a place for customers to come in a try a new flavor or a flight of new flavors, many of which aren't available anywhere else and may not even be released. So it might be just one keg we get to sample and provide feedback on so it is a true tasting room experience.”
The Maya Moon x Boochcraft tasting room will open with these six unique flavors:
- Grapefruit Hibiscus
- Trohopical Orange
- Blackberry Cream Soda
- Blueberry Ginger Ale
- Passionfruit Blood Orange
- Strawberry Lemonade
The new Maya Moon summer food and dessert menu will also launch this Friday with new offerings paired to Boochcraft's organic, seasonal and fresh-pressed fruit flavors. “They're doing a lot with citrus right now so we're rolling out a new tart on our menu that'll have lemon and cacao pulp in it, which is the cacao fruit that's kind of sticky and tastes like lemonade - sweet but a little tart. So those will play really well together,” says Rogers.
“We're also rolling out a new pistachio chocolate cake that's vegan and gluten-free and that will pair really well with the new cream soda flavor. Our chef is really excited to be able to play with our food and dessert options right alongside Boochcraft.”
Grand Opening Celebration: Friday, May 27
The Maya Moon x Boochcraft taproom officially opens this Friday with a grand opening celebration from 10am-10pm featuring giveaways + beverage discounts. Plus, Maya Moon will be launching its summer menu with delectable cacao ice creams, cakes and tarts that pair perfectly alongside Boochcraft flavors.
