The Balanced Bachelorette Offers Private Yoga Classes in San Diego

Founded in Arizona in 2015, The Balanced Bachelorette provides private yoga classes for bachelorette parties, birthday parties, family reunions and corporate wellness sessions. The bespoke yoga class company has now expanded its reach to San Diego and is hosting its first private yoga class this month.
Each Balanced Bachelorette private bachelorette yoga class in San Diego is custom-tailored to the client’s desires. Clients can select from several types of yoga including All-Levels Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, Slow Flow, and Yin Yoga.
“For girls who do want to keep the party going, of course, we’ll accommodate that,” says Baylee Gallen, founder of The Balanced Bachelorette. “It’s right there in the name, it’s all about balance.”

All of The Balanced Bachelorette instructors are trained in multiple types of yoga and can adapt to the mood of the moment.
“If the group were to book a vinyasa or sculpt class, our instructors have the ability to customize and change it so that you can get what you’re looking for in that very moment,” says Christa Fratantoni, Director of Balance at The Balanced Bachelorette.
Clients can add on a mimosa bar, opt for a guided meditation, pick specific music for their yoga class and work with The Balanced Bachelorette team on additional requests.

“We have a really intimate approach to our experiences,” says Baylee Gallen, founder of The Balanced Bachelorette. “We make sure we get to know the names of each guest beforehand. We make custom name tags, and make a placard for the bride.”
The Balanced Bachelorette also brings along yoga mats for every guest, including an extra special mat for the bride-to-be. Each bachelorette yoga class in San Diego ends with a photo shoot, capturing this once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Along with bachelorette parties, The Balanced Bachelorette has offered private sessions for corporate events, birthday parties, family reunions and brand launches.
“When JuneShine expanded to Arizona we hosted a private yoga session for their launch event,” says Gallen. “We’ve done classes at local parks, beaches, Airbnbs – we’ll travel to where you are.”
