Pure Infrared Sauna Studio, a cutting-edge recovery and contrast therapy center, has opened its second location on Coast Hwy 101 in Solana Beach after the success of its flagship in Bankers Hill. The signature feature of Pure is its private infrared sauna and cold plunge suites, allowing clients to alternate between hot and cold therapies at their own pace and in their own space.

Why infrared? Unlike traditional saunas, infrared saunas use light waves to heat the body directly, promoting deep detoxification, improved circulation, and reduced inflammation. Studies show that regular infrared sauna use can lower blood pressure, improve cardiovascular function, and even boost your mental health.

In addition, each sauna offers chromotherapy, an alternative medicine practice that uses the visible light spectrum to treat various conditions, and clients can also add salt therapy aerators for an additional therapeutic boost during their session.
