Join us for the Strata Outpatient Open House on Thursday, October 1, from 9:30 AM–3:00 PM in San Diego.
We’re excited to open our doors and welcome local therapists, healthcare providers, community partners, and neighbors to experience Strata firsthand. Tour our new outpatient mental health center, meet our clinical team, learn more about our programs, and connect with others committed to supporting mental health and wellness in our community.
Strata Outpatient provides thoughtful, evidence-based mental health care for adults through Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP), individual therapy, and medication management. Our approach integrates clinical expertise, compassionate care, and intentional treatment designed to support meaningful, lasting progress.
Guests are welcome to stop by throughout the day. From 10:30 AM–12:30 PM, we’ll also be offering experiential opportunities, including yoga and sound bath sessions.
