Is there anything better than puppies and yoga? WE THINK NOT!
Please join Spirit Yoga, hOMe of San Diego puppy yoga, in collaboration with a local, San Diego animal rescues, for an afternoon of gentle movement and puppy playtime. Puppy yoga is 45 min, leaving each class an additional 15 minutes to snuggle up on some pups.
A portion of the puppy yoga proceeds benefit our favorite puppy rescue… and who knows, maybe you’ll find a new family member!
