Spirit Yoga and Barre Studios

Spirit Yoga & Barre Studios in Pacific Beach San Diego are all about guiding each individual in their yoga, barre & pilates journey. These TWO studios offer a unique range of classes to fit everyone’s individual needs and practice level. Most of our Yoga classes are taught in a heated environment (80-90 degrees). We offer a variety of classes at both of our studios ranging from Hot Barre, Booty Barre, Barre-lates (Barre/Pilates Fusion), Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Sound Healing and more! We are also the hOMe of Puppy Yoga classes in San Diego! We provide some incredible workshops, private classes as well as yoga and barre teacher trainings to anyone who wants to learn!
