Enter in the practice of prenatal yoga. This beautiful offering creates a space where mothers are able to tune inward and cultivate a relationship with their bodies, babies, breath and mind in a way that cannot be replicated anywhere outside of the self. It is through this dedicated practice that fears can dissolve and preparation for birth becomes exciting.
In this training, you will learn how to teach and practice prenatal yoga in a way that promotes safety, strength, and confidence - not only physically, but on the mental, emotional, and spiritual levels, as well. We will explore themes of surrender, transformation, self-advocacy, non-attachment, and many other lessons extracted from the Sutras.
The world of maternal health care very much needs more skilled teachers, and mothers deserve the space to remember this wisdom that was never meant to be kept from them.
