Our team of experienced in-house teachers will support you on your journey of knowledge, skill, confidence and inspiration! Tuition includes unlimited yoga during the course ($834 value), supplemental online anatomy, history/philosophy materials, and opportunities to assist in Yoga One classes. The Yoga One 300 Hour Training is registered with MyCAA, University of San Diego (USD)and Yoga Alliance.
Next 300 Hour Course Begins Fall 2026
13 Weekends over 6 months, Fridays 6-8:30pm, Saturdays & Sundays 12-6pm.
We offer easy options for make-ups if you need to miss one or more weekends.
