Yoga One Trainings blend ancient yogic philosophy and mindfulness practices with modern asana and teaching techniques. Our team of experienced in-house teachers will support you on your journey of knowledge, skill, confidence and inspiration!
Includes unlimited yoga during the course ($834 value), opportunities to assist in Yoga One classes and supplemental online learning resources. Registered with Yoga Alliance and My CAA. For those who hold a 200-Hour yoga teaching certificate.
