Weekly Tea Ceremony Thursdays at 9:30am Encinitas
This is a warm and inviting space for all to commune with Tea in stillness and ease.
Tea has been around for thousands of years as a medicinal plant ally, inviting us to slow down so that we may be able to cultivate presence and expansiveness in our lives. She meets us where we are and invites us into deeper connection within. Our time together, in silent practice, connects us back to our heart, our internal compass and our innate wisdom. We will close with a small circle for questions and integration.
