Every Saturday at 10 am we meet to enjoy an hour of meditation at the park. In Shamatha meditation we use the breath to anchor our attention on the present moment allowing the mind and the body to:
1) have a break from day to day life
2) train to focus
3) bring joy back
4) understand your emotions
5) gain control over your mind
Your instructor is a certified meditation instructor with almos a decade of experience guiding meditation classes.
