Sacred Rage is a unique, 3-hour guided somatic experience, designed by Heather Sheldon, to help participants safely connect with, express, and integrate the often-silenced emotions of anger, grief, and frustration.
Rooted in nervous system-informed practices and ritualized group process, this workshop gently guides attendees through the full arc of emotional experience—from grounding and containment, to physical and vocal release, to integration through stillness and reflection.
The container is intimate and intentionally crafted for those who identify with or have been shaped by the lived experience of womanhood. This is a space to explore the intersections of embodiment, expression, and emotional truth in a supportive, trauma-aware environment.
Participants will be invited to engage in breathwork, movement, sound, journaling, and optional sharing. No prior experience with somatic practices is required. All expressions are welcome, and each person's unique process will be honored.
Bring a journal, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes that you can move and breathe in. No experience necessary.
This is a physical, emotional and spiritual experience.
Space is limited! Every workshop sells out. If this is calling to you, please honor that nudge and register today.
Important Intention + Community Agreements for SACRED RAGE
This space is designed for individuals who resonate with the lived experience of womanhood—including cis, trans, and gender-fluid participants—who are currently embodied in, or exploring, their connection to the feminine.
While this offering centers the experiences of women and femmes, it is rooted in inclusion, personal agency, and self-identification. All are welcome who feel aligned with the intention of the space.
Participants must be 18 or older. This is a trauma-aware, consent-based container.
Each participant is the expert of their own body, boundaries, and capacity. You are invited to listen inward, honor your edges, and take full responsibility for your own emotional process throughout the experience.
This is a shared space for courageous expression and deep listening. As such, we ask all participants to agree to the following:
Honor your process, and respect the process of others. This is not a space for fixing, advising, or coaching—only witnessing.
Confidentiality is sacred. What is shared in the space stays in the space.
This is a sober space. Please refrain from alcohol, drugs, or mind-altering substances before the workshop.
Take care of yourself. If emotions feel overwhelming, you are encouraged to pause, step outside, or request support from Heather.
No harm to self or others. Physical safety is non-negotiable.
Many of us carry stories of trauma, silence, or suppression. Sacred Rage is a space to feel, express, and move energy safely, at your own pace and with the support of a grounded community.
You may journey deeply, or you may simply breathe.
Both are welcome.
Your process is yours—and you are not alone in it. This is a guided and facilitated experience.
If you are currently under the care of a therapist, psychiatrist, or other mental health provider, we encourage you to speak with them before attending.
