What is Restorative Vinyasa? This class is for all bodies that have and have not experienced yoga, that want to find less pain and discomfort in their bodies and find time to unravel the stresses of everyday western living with breath focus. This class is for beginners, postnatal bodies, post injuries, folks that frequently exercise but don’t take the time to stretch, or for those with some yoga experience. This is not an advanced class, BUT if you’re advanced in your practice this class *is* beneficial for you as well, as the body needs to us slow down our practice and focus on the breath and just be. Never tried yoga? We’ll be using modifications and tools to help the body find the best practice for you and your body in this class. I’m meeting you where you are, not the other way around♡
