Reiki Level One is a new beginning for you and your awareness of your energy body. A gentle yet powerful initiation into channeling universal life force energy for your own healing, balance, and self-discovery.
In this foundational training, you will:
• Learn the history and spiritual principles of Reiki
• Explore the subtle energy body & chakras
• Practice grounding, clearing, and protecting your energy
• Learn traditional hand placements for self-healing
• Experience breathwork and a guided meditation practice for self-healing
• Receive four sacred attunements to activate your Reiki channel
After the training, a 21-day integration period helps support emotional release, energetic alignment, and lasting personal transformation.

Upon completion, you will be certified in First Degree Usui Reiki (Usui Shiki Ryoho Lineage).
