Grief lives in the body as much as it does in the heart and mind. Moving With Grief is a supportive group experience designed to help you process the many layers of loss through guided writing exercises, somatic (body-based) practices, and hypnotic breathwork.
In this group, we approach grief not as something to "get over," but as a natural, human experience that deserves time, attention, and care. Each session offers a safe, compassionate space to explore your emotions at your own pace—no pressure to share, no need to "be okay."
What you can expect:
- Reflective writing prompts to give voice to your story and deepen self-awareness
- Somatic practices to reconnect with your body, release tension, and ground your emotions
- Hypnotic breathwork to calm the nervous system and create space for healing
Whether you are grieving a loved one, a relationship, a life chapter, or a version of yourself, this group invites you to honor your loss, connect with others on a similar path, and begin to move with—rather than against—your grief.
No previous experience with writing, movement, or breathwork is necessary.
What to bring: A journal and pen, your presence, your breath, and whatever you're carrying. Optional items: eye mask, touchstone or anchor object.
