Join us at *Elfin Forest Qigong Studio to practice qigong with the whole world! Every year, on the last Saturday of April, people from all over the world practice Tai Chi and qigong together to "to boost the world's immune system." A worldwide qi field for wellness and peace is created and moves around the world like a huge qi wave that starts in New Zealand and ends in Hawaii.
This class will include guided meditation and moving meditation. Everyone welcome from beginners to long-time students.
