A three-day women's wellness retreat in coastal Del Mar led by San Diego-based Human Design educator and facilitator Arlene Salcedo of Luna Soul Wellness. This intimate gathering is designed for women who want to understand their energy on a deeper level, reconnect with themselves, and do it alongside a small group of women who actually get it.
The weekend weaves together personal Human Design chart immersions, embodiment practices, and nourishing Ayurvedic meals by private holistic chef Tara Middleton of Source to Fork. Whether you are new to Human Design or have been studying it for a while, this retreat is built for real depth and real connection, not just inspiration you forget by Monday.
