We begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, a sacred ritual known to support emotional release, intention setting, and deeper connection. You’ll be guided through reflection and gentle prompts to align with the energy of the full moon and bring awareness to what you are ready to let go of.
From there, you’ll be guided into restorative yoga, a deeply relaxing practice using supported, gentle postures to calm the nervous system, release tension, and invite the body into a state of rest and receptivity. This portion is accessible to all levels and requires no prior yoga experience.
We close the evening with a soothing sound bath, where crystal singing bowls and healing frequencies will guide you into a meditative state, helping integrate your intentions and restore energetic balance.
