Join us for a FREE silent meditation hike in Cuyamaca State Park and community picnic.
Join us for a FREE 3.2-mile silent meditation hike in the Cuyamaca Mountains! This hike begins at 10 am. AllTrails considers this a moderate hike; there is a 1200 ft elevation gain. We will meet one mile north of Green Valley Campground at the Harvey Moore trailhead.
In addition to two meditation breaks, mid-way through the hike, we'll get a chance to chat in a lovely picnic setting. Bring your favorite packed lunch and plenty of water! Please note that parking is $10 cash.
After the hike, there's an option to stay for a 20-minute drum circle in a shaded area adjacent to the parking lot. You may want to bring something to sit on and leave it in your car for after the hike.
