Together, we’ll explore the art of letting go through yoga, reflection, and hand-built ceramics - allowing the body to move before the mind overthinks, and the hands to create before perfection takes over. This is a space for experimentation, texture, emotion, and expression - where imperfections are welcomed and curiosity leads the way.

⭐️Main Themes - An exploration of soft focus, surrender and shaping what is within.
⭐️Begin with a grounding opening circle and gentle journaling prompts centered around letting go of perfection and allowing intuition to lead.
⭐️Flow through an intentional all-levels yoga practice designed to quiet the mind, connect to the body, and create space for inner awareness.
⭐️Transition into an intuitive hand-building ceramics workshop with a simple beginner-friendly demo covering pinch pots, coiling, and shaping techniques.
⭐️Create freely with an emphasis on texture, imperfection, experimentation, and self-expression - allowing the hands to guide before the mind steps in.
⭐️Practice releasing control and exploring what naturally emerges when creating from feeling instead of expectation.
⭐️Reflect individually or in community with optional sharing prompts about the emotions, thoughts, or discoveries that surfaced throughout the experience.
⭐️Choose from a selection of glaze options for your ceramic piece, which will later be available for pickup at Soul Plunge.
⭐️Close the evening by reconnecting to the idea that creativity expands when we allow ourselves to be beginners, embrace softness, and trust the process.
*Please note*
You must be local to San Diego or in town for 2-3 weeks after this workshop to pick-up your final piece from Soul Plunge.
For Glazing: You can choose 1 of 3 colors and Emma will paint your piece for you after the bisque fire. Then you can pick up your piece after 2-3 weeks!

✨Check-In: Don't rush to your workshop! Arrive 15 minutes early to park and settle into your space. Soul Plunge has 4 parking spots in our lot, first come first serve. Street parking is available. The yoga door will be locked exactly at the start time of class and late arrivals will not be admitted.
