While cozied up in savasana you’ll be treated to reiki with Cintia. Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch.
Amy, our sound healing guide, will offer a symphony of sacred sounds curated by the chakra tuned crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, Tibetan singing bowls, ocean drum, tuning forks and more.
This meditative experience will take you on a journey that fosters mind-body-connection and helps rejuvenate your whole being. You will leave feeling centered, balanced, and focused. Sound healing is a great complement to improving your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
