✨ MEET YOUR GUIDES
🎧 Ecstatic Dance Journey: Nyrus @nyrus_music https://soundcloud.com/nyrusbeats
Nyrus exists in the space where opposites meet — electronic and organic, ancient and future, the waking mind and the dreaming one. Drawing from bass music, ambient scoring, and cinematic sound design, the project builds layered, instrumental soundscapes that move slowly and deliberately, favoring atmosphere and texture over hooks. Glistening, ethereal melodies sit against head-nodding low end, each track a ritual for mind, body, and spirit.
💃 Warm Up Class: Partnering with Gravity using Contact Improvisation to play with our relationship to the earth and each other!
Elie Prana is a movement educator and co-host of San Diego’s weekly Contact Improvisation Jam. With 20+ years of yoga practice, 16 years of teaching, and 10 years of Contact Improvisation, she creates spaces for embodied awareness, play, and connection.
Richie Villa is a dancer, teacher, and organizer based in San Diego, where they co-host the weekly Monday Contact Improvisation Jam. Their practice centers on Contact Improvisation, improvised dance, and partnered acrobatics, influenced by Axis Syllabus, Capoeira, Gaga, and contemporary dance.
🎧 Sound Healing & Guided Meditation: Kirsten Incorvaia @kirsteninc
To close, Kirsten will lead a grounding soundscape and guided inner journey to honor the change of season. Step into fall with a rich intention for the coming cycle of harvest, balance, and integration.
✨ Come as you are—wild, tender, radiant, or curious.
Barefoot, sober, and free to be you.
This is your invitation to move, release, and remember who you are.
Welcome to Ecstatic Dance Trilogy.
