Freeing Friday | Ecstatic Dance
Come move, breathe, sing, and let yourself be free. 🌀
Join us for an immersive evening of ecstatic dance, live music, vocal expression & breathwork in a beautiful space designed for connection and community.
Let the rhythm move through you as beats meet live instrumentation, singing, and music medicine — creating a space to drop out of your head and into your body.
Move what wants to move
Breathe what wants to be released
Sing what wants to be expressed
Connect, celebrate & come home to yourself
No choreography. No judgment.
Just you, the music, the movement, and a beautiful community.
This Friday • RISE Spiritual Center
