3 Minute Cold Plunge
The breathwork prepares our bodies for the cold plunge experience. Immerse yourself in icy water for 3 minutes while being guided on how to control your nervous system in order to find peace amongst stress. This powerful practice not only strengthens your immune system, boosts circulation, and accelerates recovery, but it also instills a sense of resilience and mental fortitude that can carry over into all aspects of your life.
