This month's focus is Earth—the element of grounding, stability, nourishment, and connection. Through guided meditation, Reiki, and the restorative vibrations of Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls, you’ll be invited to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate a deep sense of support and balance.
Held in the beautiful sanctuary of Sacred Sound of the Soul, a Crystal Tones temple, this immersive experience offers a unique opportunity to experience the transformative frequencies of crystal alchemy bowls. These extraordinary instruments are infused with a variety of crystals, precious metals, gemstones, and earth elements, each contributing its own unique energetic qualities and resonance.
We will begin with gentle breathwork and a guided meditation designed to help you root into the present moment. As you relax into the sounds and vibrations of the bowls, Reiki energy will be offered to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance.
Whether you are new to sound healing or a regular practitioner, this journey is an invitation to pause, restore, and reconnect with your foundation.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable and supported during the experience.
