This is a practice of conscious dance and movement meditation.
Derived from 5Rythmes, Soul Motion has been developed by Vincent Martínez-Grieco and it is practiced today all over the States and Europe. Italy, where I come from, is a vibrant center for Soul Motion.
Very shortly, SM is a pathway to a place of consciousness where we keep exploring the space inside and outside us while new possibilities for moving in the world and relating to others blossom and dare to find their shape beyond the dance floor.
New in San Diego, taking my first steps in the SoCal community supported by Michael Molin-skelton, I'll be glad to get to know you soul dancers while offering my event “Introduction to Soul Motion”.

👉🏻 SM classes are open to everyone regardless physical ability or fitness. No prior dance experience is needed.
