As a functional nutritionist and coach, Ruby takes a whole-person approach to health. She guides her clients towards creating sustainable routines that can enrich their health and their lives. She aspires to promote a curious, honest, and empowering coaching environment for clients to integrate habit changes and address root cause(s) of symptoms or barriers to health through a personalized blend of nutrition education, targeted supplementation, mindset coaching, lifestyle guidance, and nervous system tools.
Her passion for this work is grounded in clinical training and personal experience with complex health conditions, which led her to explore how food, mindset, and body-based practices can support balance and overall well-being.
Ruby holds a Master’s in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. She is a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and is certified in somatic therapy, health coaching, EFT, and thermography. She also hosts The Well Power Podcast with Ruby Jusas.
