Pastry Chef Edna Carola Mawhinney's seasonal menu features organic cacao from South America in a creative assortment of decadent eats: everything is naturally sweetened with zero refined sugars and pairs perfectly with a selection of sustainably sourced teas and herbal elixirs. Maya Moon is proud to source seasonal fruits and vegetables from local farmers for our savory eats. Try their chocolates paired with Modrn Medicin craft coffee and Ayurvedic lattes.
In addition to the cafe menu, Maya Moon Collective offers bi-monthly art installations and an assortment of curated local goods and gifts including meditation crystals, local honey, cards and of course, drinking chocolate blends and chocolate gift boxes.
