Hello Locally Well community! I’m Alex — a California-licensed Massage Therapist and Somatic Practitioner. I’ve been practicing intuitive massage and holistic bodywork in San Diego since 2012, and I’m grateful to be part of this vibrant, supportive community.
I offer mobile sessions throughout San Diego County, bringing the magic to you. My work is for people who love the exploratory, playful, and deeply satisfying experience of touch — those who enjoy safe, relational connection and the joy of arriving fully in the present moment through sensation, movement, and pure experience.
Each session is co-created through presence and curiosity. I may draw from Esalen massage, Circulatory techniques, Slow or Invigorating Swedish, Firm Swedish, Myofascial work, or focused Trigger Point therapy. Sometimes we stay at the surface — working with the skin and upper layers of muscle for a light, sensation-focused experience. Other times we go deeper into muscles and fascia, bringing awareness to areas that feel dense, stuck, or congested — opening circulation, calming nervous system tone, or inviting intensity where it feels supportive.
In addition to massage, I also offer (by request) intuitive movement sessions: active explorations of freedom, authenticity, and presence through movement, supportive touch, and awareness-focused dialogue. These sessions draw from somatic work, consciousness and manifestation practices, and relational coaching.
