Hi, I’m Tiffany, the heart behind Livingood Yoga. My mission is to create a safe, nurturing space for women who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or trapped in the chaos of life. If you’re someone who’s been stuck in the “go, go, go” cycle, feeling exhausted and unsure of how to slow down, you’ve found a place to rest, reconnect, and rediscover yourself.
I specialize in restorative yoga, mindfulness, and meditation, offering private sessions tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re a beginner who feels uncomfortable with stillness or someone craving a deeper connection to your inner self, I’m here to guide you. Together, we’ll explore tools to calm your nervous system, reconnect with your intuition, and learn how to live from a place of heart-centered guidance rather than a busy, overactive mind.
