Online private Pilates with Kiki, taught fully in Japanese or English. 50-minute one-on-one sessions on Google Meet, Monday–Friday 9 AM–3 PM Pacific, $50. Mat, prenatal & postnatal, or reformer if you have one at home. Kiki is BESJ and Balanced Body certified with 10 years in fitness. A small-group indoor mat class in San Diego is coming soon.
