Integrative Somatic Wellness combines numerous modalities of movement and stress resolution techniques to support you in working through stressful experiences ISW supports the systems of your body in finding their innate, natural and desired states of regulation. Using ISW I assist individuals in relieving the effects of stress on the body and mind. Integrating the Pilates Method, Somatic Experiencing, Somatic Regulation and Resilience, and Somatic Practice, as well as other modalities I guide my clients toward dynamic equilibrium.
