HOT HAVEN Sauna Studio is a family-owned wellness studio at 521 Grape St in Bankers Hill, San Diego. Guests can choose a private infrared sauna cabin, a lie-down infrared sauna wrap, or full-body pneumatic compression, also called pressotherapy.
Each appointment lasts 55 minutes in a private room. The compression session uses a garment that gently inflates and releases in rhythmic waves; it is different from a manual lymphatic drainage massage. For a longer visit, guests can book compression and infrared as two back-to-back appointments.
Towels and water are provided, and wrap and compression guests receive clothing to change into. First-time guests can try any service for $50; regular single sessions are $59, with packs and memberships available.
