We’re a personal training and boutique fitness studio in Bankers Hill at 2056 1st Ave. Lisa and Josh Kober opened Glide Training Co. in 2016 to give San Diegans a place to train with real coaches who actually know their stuff — not a big box gym, not a franchise.
We offer personal training, group fitness classes, sports performance, pilates, injury-prevention, and stretching. Whether you’re chasing a PR, coming back from an injury, or just trying to feel better in your body, we’ve got a program for you.
Both of us hold Exercise Science degrees and have over 2 decades of training experience. Our trainers are certified and well versed in strength and conditioning, corrective exercises, and mobility training.
