In honor of International Women's Day, join us for an evening of movement, rest, and meaningful impact. This 90‑minute donation‑based class supports Yoga Gives Backs IWD 2026 Give to Gain Campaign, helping empower women and children in India through education, micro‑loans, and leadership support.
We will open with guided grounding breathwork and intention setting to create a shared sense of presence. We will then move into a one‑hour, all‑levels yoga practice focused on strength, stability, and balance. The evening concludes with an immersive sound healing experience, allowing time for deep rest, integration, and renewal.
This is more than a wellness event—it is an opportunity to make a difference. 100% of proceeds go directly to Yoga Gives Back, and as part of the IWD campaign, donations will be matched amplifying the impact of your participation.
