Join us for an afternoon of mindful movement, crafting, DIY skincare creations, yummy bites and community building.
We will start with mindful movement, a blend of yoga and mat pilates. The group will also create custom journals together and a non-toxic skincare mask tailored to their skin type. We will join in community over yummy bites, focused on nourishing and fun snacks.
Recommended for ages 10-14.
Hosted by Myla Conroy with the help of her oldest daughter, Teegan Conroy. Myla is a mom of three, including two daughters. She has a special heart for teaching movement and mindfulness techniques for the next generation. Myla holds a 200 hour RYT Yoga certification, a 95 hour certification focusing on yoga for children and youth and a group fitness certification.
Parents are always welcome to stay onsite if they'd like, but it's not required for this event.
