Welcome to the Watershed Series is a free monthly hike series (Sept-May/Jun) for community members to enjoy nature and learn more about the work we are doing to protect natural spaces around the Escondido Creek watershed.
We rotate visiting our various preserves, which are often not open to the public, for a scenic morning hike and to share progress on how we are restoring the area for habitat conservation. Sometimes, we have experts in nature photography, native plants, or birding join us to lend their knowledge and expertise.
