This workshop is like a reset button for the body, the mind and the soul.
TRE or Trauma Release Exercises work with the psoas, pelvic floor, hips and glute muscles to create somatic tremors and releases in the areas of the body where we tend to hold much of our stress, tension and trauma.
Once this energy is liberated, the deep dive breathwork allows us to move that energy up to the higher energy centers like the heart and the brain. The result is an experience that is healing, inspiring, illuminating and nourishing.
Participants often feel a sense of calm and release that is described as powerful and life-changing. This workshop blends clear teachings with deep inner work and somatic integration so you understand it in your mind, feel it in your body and know it by heart.
We take time after the breathwork to unpack the experience so you'll have clarity on what you were doing and the way with action steps of how to integrate these practices into your life. To further come back to the body we have access to the amazing contrast therapy at Soul Plunge, a heart centered space built with so much intention!

John left a stressful corporate career in 2014 to begin his healing and learning journey. He has been a yoga, breathwork and meditation teacher for the past ten years and founded his company SoCal Wellness Retreats in 2018.
He has run 70 retreats all over the world teaching people the power of cultivating authenticity and trusting their own inner guidance.
