As a certified sound bath healer and trauma-informed wellness guide, I’ll be leading you through a relaxing journey with crystal singing bowls & ambient healing sounds.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle in. The sound bath begins promptly at 11. Late arrivals can disrupt the flow for others, so early is best.
This is an indoor event. Please bring anything that will help you feel grounded and cozy:
• Yoga mat
• Pillow
• Blanket
• Eye mask
• Jacket or warm layers
• Water
