Sips & Sounds is a sensory-focused experience designed to support presence, reflection, and deep relaxation through tea, sound, and mindful awareness.
The evening begins with a guided herbal tea tasting, inviting you to explore flavors, aromas, and how different herbs can support the body and nervous system. Using a Tea Tasting Journal, participants will record tasting notes and embodied reflections as they slow down and tune in. You'll then create a personalized herbal tea blend to take home.
We'll close with a soothing sound bath meditation, offering space for rest, integration, and nervous system settling.
No prior tea, meditation, or journaling experience is required. All materials are provided.
