This immersive practice is an invitation to return to yourself — to soften, release, and reconnect with the wisdom that lives within your body.
Rooted Rhythm was born from Hulia’s personal journey through grief, healing, and rebirth. After the dissolution of a long-term partnership nearly two years ago, she found herself unraveling into loss and confusion. Yet in that unraveling, movement emerged as her medicine.
What began as trembling hands and hesitant breath evolved into a cosmic dance with her higher self — a reminder that healing is not only about facing the shadows, but also about reclaiming joy, freedom, and embodied truth. As she began sharing this movement practice with other women, she witnessed its profound power to create release, empowerment, and deep remembrance.

With nine years of yoga practice, a lifelong dance background, kundalini studies, and five years as a musician, Hulia weaves together movement, breath, music, and intuitive guidance to create a powerful and supportive container. She is CPR certified and currently training as a plant medicine facilitator in Hapé and Kambo traditions.
Rooted Rhythm is an offering of remembrance — where movement becomes prayer and the body becomes home again.
