You're invited to a deeply nurturing 120 minute experience designed to help you unwind, soften, and return to yourself.
Through a grounding blend of gentle movement, somatic release, breathwork, and healing touch, this journey will support you in slowing down, releasing stored tension, and restoring inner harmony.
What to Expect:
We'll begin by gently opening the body through self-guided myofascial release using therapy balls and supported postures. As the fascia unwinds, you’ll begin to feel a sense of spaciousness, release, and deeper connection to your physical body.
Once the body is softened, we'll move into breathwork to regulate the nervous system, clear emotional residue, and connect with the present moment. This is your opportunity to reset energetically and invite in a renewed sense of clarity and calm.
As you rest, you'll receive Reiki to help integrate your experience, deepen your sense of safety, and bring your system into balance.
We'll close with a soothing sound bath, using crystal bowls and healing frequencies to help you settle, restore, and anchor in the energetic shifts you've made.
You'll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and fully supported—body, mind, and spirit.
This session is ideal for anyone feeling depleted, overwhelmed, or craving deeper connection with their body and self.
