MELT — Transition into 40 minutes of grounding Yin Yoga and breathwork to calm the nervous system.
MEDITATE — End with a 40-minute sound bath and guided visualization, inviting you into deep stillness.
Rooted in the 8-limbed path of yoga, this practice moves from asana and pranayama to pratyahara and meditation — creating space to maybe even glimpse the essence of Samadhi, the blissful state of presence, the 8th limb of yoga that we strive for.
