In honor of National Mental Health Awareness month, this in-person event will feature engaging craft activities and opportunities to connect with others passionate about mental health and overall wellbeing
A variety of activities that include our 5 senses will be available for an enriching experience, because our health and wellbeing encompass our Body, Mind, and Spirit.
