Join Nancy for a special 2-hour deep reset for your body and nervous system. This class is an introduction to a unique blend of modalities: resistance stretching, myofascial release, mindful movement, meditation, and Reiki.
During the first hour, we’ll explore resistance stretching to gently activate muscles while increasing mobility, stability, and range of motion.
In the second hour, we’ll move into myofascial release using therapy balls, slowly rolling and melting tension throughout the body to release tight fascia and restore ease in movement.
This class is designed to help you:
• release deep tension
• improve mobility and flexibility
• reconnect with your breath and body
• calm the nervous system
• leave feeling grounded, open, and restored
Expect guided movement, mindful pauses, and a little energy healing woven throughout the experience.
