We are here to change the way mental health is seen, spoken about, and supported, especially in our communities. We’re not here to reject Western psychology, but to challenge it and rebuild care around the people it often leaves behind.
We are committed to Decentering Western Psychology and addressing the harm it has caused marginalized communities; uplifting Indigenous wisdom and ways of knowing that have always spoken truth; liberating mental health from stigma, pathology, and linear “fix-it” models; supporting recovery through connection, empowerment, and identity reclamation; prioritizing quality of life over symptom management; welcoming intuitive states and spiritual development as part of the healing process; and building community because healing was never meant to be done alone.
