I help midlife professionals, creatives, and soul-seekers navigate major life transitions. Clients come to me with career shifts, identity changes and life reinventions, I help them create clarity, confidence, and courage. My approach blends strategic tools with spiritual insight, combining coaching, embodiment, community and intuitive modalities like Human Design, the Enneagram, Myers-Briggs, somatic healing, Life Design frameworks, CliftonStrengths, and oracle card readings.
