Be Yoga and Wellness is located in the heart of Rancho Bernardo, in Northeast San Diego. We are a welcoming and inclusive yoga community that has been in business since 2021.
Our yoga classes are rooted in the foundations of a heart-centered Hatha yoga practice, including Gentle/Level 1, Intermediate, Advanced, Movement and Meditation, and Restorative Yoga.
Our wellness classes consist of Strength and Mobility, monthly Sound Baths with Reiki, and Living Yoga, our lecture series on living yoga off your mat and into your daily life. We also offer one-on-one private sessions to help you meet your overall wellness needs and goals.
Our teachers incorporate breath work and meditation into most classes and lead each class with intention and support. Clear cues and an invitation to feel each pose from within will give guidance to help you perform each pose safely and use props when needed for support. Our aim is to help you cultivate strength in body and mind, flexibility in body and mind, and a deeper connection to body and mind.
Located on the second floor of The Mercado Shopping center, we are right off the 15 on Rancho Bernardo Rd. We strive to provide a peaceful environment, with an abundance of natural light and a beautiful view of Mt. Woodson to the East. Close to the corporate areas of Sony, Apple, Northrup Grumman, Kaiser Permanente- Rancho Bernardo Medical Center, and Sharp-Rees Stealy.
