I’m a Pilates instructor hosting weekly classes and wellness events across San Diego — from the beach, to local parks, to private events. My approach is simple: Pilates should feel good, be effective, and fit into your lifestyle.My classes are designed to help you move with intention, improve alignment, and build strength in a supportive and energizing environment — whether you’re a beginner or more experienced.
More than just a workout, my events are about connection. I create welcoming spaces where women can take time for themselves, meet like-minded people, and feel part of a community.I work with women at all stages, including pregnancy, postpartum, and injury recovery, always offering thoughtful modifications so you feel safe and supported.
From oceanfront flows to sunset sessions at places like Kate Sessions Park, my goal is to bring together movement, nature, and good energy. I also host wellness retreats, including Her Retreat — a day to move, connect, and reset.
