Through gentle, long-held yin postures and an immersive sound bath, you'll be invited to turn inward and listen through sensation, breath, and stillness—without pressure to fix or analyze anything. The experience is guided by a simple reflection: "If I listen to my body right now, what feels true?" with optional journaling at the end for integration.
All levels welcome. No prior yoga or meditation experience needed.
